The cheapest white label trading platform, honestly assessed
Cheapest is a dangerous word in this industry, because the cheapest quote and the cheapest total cost are usually different providers. This page explains the three pricing models you will meet, the hidden costs that decide what you actually pay, and the real numbers Pelris publishes. If you are budgeting the whole venture rather than the software, the cost to start a forex brokerage guide on this site covers the full picture.
3 pricing models compared$0 setup fee at Pelris$1,500 flat monthly, everything included
The three pricing models
Almost every white label offer prices one of three ways, and the model tells you more about your future costs than the headline number does.
- Setup fee plus monthly plus revenue share
Common with legacy providers. The entry price looks moderate, but the percentage grows with your volume forever, and the setup fee is sunk if the relationship fails.
- Per volume or per lot fees
Cheap in a quiet month, expensive in a good one. You cannot forecast it, and it taxes exactly the growth you are building towards.
- Flat monthly licence
One number that is the same in January and December. The only model where a bigger business does not mean a bigger software bill.
The hidden costs that decide the real total
The gap between quote and reality usually hides in five places. Market data feeds are often priced separately, and a real time feed bill can rival the platform licence itself. Hosting is sometimes yours to arrange and pay. CRM seats can be priced per user, which quietly doubles the bill as your team grows. Multi vendor stacks add integration work that someone has to build and maintain. And minimum contract terms turn a bad choice into a two year expense.
When you compare providers, ask each one for the all in monthly number at your size: platform, CRM, every staff seat, data, hosting and support, with the contract minimum stated. Comparing anything less specific than that is comparing marketing.
The same year, priced three ways
Numbers make the argument better than adjectives, so here is one worked year for an illustrative small brokerage doing 300 lots of client volume a month, with the arithmetic shown. The competitor figures are illustrative of common quote structures in this market, not any specific vendor's price list; our own figure is our published price.
- Setup fee plus monthly plus per lot
$5,000 setup, $2,000 per month, $8 per lot. Year one: 5,000 plus 24,000 plus 8 times 300 times 12, which is 28,800. Total $57,800, and the per lot line grows with every good month.
- Lower monthly plus revenue share
$1,000 per month plus 20 percent of a $15,000 monthly gross. Year one: 12,000 plus 36,000. Total $48,000, and the share scales with your success forever.
- Flat licence (our published price)
$1,500 per month, nothing else. Year one: $18,000. The same in a record month and a quiet one, and the same in year two.
Cheap that stays cheap
Pelris publishes its prices. The Starter plan is $1,500 per month flat with no setup fee and no revenue share, and it includes the branded client terminal, the staff CRM with KYC, deposits and withdrawals, market data, hosting, an isolated database, the broker's own domain and an installable client app. Growth at $2,500 per month adds automation, AI briefings, copy trading, a native mobile app and a ten times higher client cap.
That structure is deliberate. A flat, published, all in price is the only kind of cheap that is still cheap at scale, and publishing it means we expect to be compared. Run the comparison, including everything, and see where the total lands.
Common questions
- What is the cheapest white label trading platform?
- Measured by total cost of ownership, it is a flat licence with everything included rather than the lowest headline quote. Setup fees, revenue shares, per lot fees, data, hosting and per seat charges decide the real total. Pelris is $1,500 per month flat, all in, with no setup fee and no revenue share, and the price is published so you can compare it directly.
- Why do many providers not publish pricing?
- Unpublished pricing lets a vendor price each deal on what they believe the buyer can pay, and it hides the revenue share and fee structure until you are deep in the sales process. A published price is a commitment to be compared.
- Is a revenue share cheaper when I am starting out?
- Sometimes in month one, rarely by month twelve. A percentage of your volume is small only while your business is small, and it becomes your largest software cost precisely when the business starts working. It also makes budgeting an offshore structure much harder.
- What does the Pelris price include?
- The full stack: branded client trading terminal, staff CRM covering leads, clients, KYC, deposits and withdrawals, reporting, partner tracking, market data, hosting, an isolated database, your own domain and an installable client app. There is no setup fee and no revenue share.
- What does the software cost compared to the whole venture?
- Software is usually one of the smaller lines. Entity setup, licensing, legal counsel, banking and client acquisition dominate a real brokerage budget. The cost to start a forex brokerage guide on this site breaks down the full picture.
