How the switch works
First we set up your platform on your brand and your domain. That takes about a week from signing.
Then we move your data, and your team checks it in the new CRM before any client is told.
You choose the switch-over date. On that day each client gets an email with a link to set a password.

Commission, contract sizes and stop out levels are set to match your old platform first, so nothing changes for a client on the day.
A client with several logins under one email becomes one client with several accounts. Each account gets a number on your platform, and the move can be run again for any account nobody has used yet, so balances are fresh on the switch-over day.

Can you move our client balances?
Yes. We move each client's balance and bonus credit together with your leads, your client list and their trade history.
Can you move open positions?
Yes. Open trades carry on at their opening price and keep the swap your old platform already charged. Each instrument is matched to one the platform prices before the trade comes across.
How long does the switch take?
Your new platform is ready on your brand within a week of signing. We then move your data and agree the switch-over date with you.
Is our data kept apart from other brokers?
Yes. Every broker has its own deployment and its own database. Brokers never share a table.
