What we never do

  • Accept deposits or hold, manage or move client money.
  • Open trading accounts for members of the public.
  • Execute trades, act as counterparty, or take a share of trading results.
  • Give investment, trading or financial advice.

Because Pelris does not provide any regulated activity itself, it is not, and does not need to be, a licensed financial services firm. Every trading account on a Pelris-built platform belongs to the brokerage that operates it, and that brokerage is responsible for its own licensing, client onboarding and client funds in the jurisdictions it serves. Do I need a licence to use a white label trading platform?

To run a brokerage on it, yes. The platform is software and carries no licence of its own. Your company needs the licence or registration that fits its business and its clients' countries, which a specialist adviser should confirm.

Is Pelris a broker?

No. Pelris is a software company. It does not open trading accounts for the public, execute trades, act as counterparty or give investment advice.

Does Pelris hold client money?

No. Client money stays with the brokerage and its payment providers. Pelris never accepts, holds, manages or moves it.
