Terms of use

It is a marketing site. It describes what Pelris does, and it lets you request a demo through a form. There is nothing to log into here and no account to create. The staff CRM and the client trading platform are separate products, reached through your own broker’s domain, not through this website.

Pelris is a software company. We build a white label CRM and trading platform that brokers run under their own brand.

Pelris is not a broker. We do not accept, hold, manage or control client money. We do not open trading accounts, execute trades, or provide brokerage, investment, financial or advisory services of any kind. Where a broker operates a platform built by Pelris, that broker is the financial services provider and is responsible for its own licensing, compliance and conduct.

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer or solicitation to trade any instrument. Any decision to start a brokerage, choose a jurisdiction or obtain a licence should be taken with qualified professional advisers.

You may read the site and submit the demo form with accurate information. You may not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send anything unlawful. We may restrict access to anyone who does.

This site is for businesses, and for adults acting for a business. You must be at least 18 to use it or to submit the form.

The same floor applies to the software. Pelris is not to be used to open or operate a trading account for anyone under 18, and a broker running our platform is responsible for verifying the age and identity of every client it onboards. Trading is a regulated, adults-only activity in every market we are aware of.

Nothing on this website is generated by AI or processed by it. Our software does use AI inside the broker’s staff CRM: to draft a brief on a client, summarise the working day, answer a staff member’s question about their own book, and transcribe recorded calls. The privacy page sets out what each one touches.

Anything AI produces is a draft for a person to check. It can be wrong, and it is not a record of anything: account balances, trades, deposits and call recordings are the record, and the AI only ever describes them. No decision affecting a client, whether approving them, refusing them, or anything touching their money, is made by AI, and nothing it writes is financial or investment advice.

The text, design, logos and brand on this site belong to Pelris or are used with permission. You may share and reference the pages normally. You may not copy the content wholesale or pass our brand off as your own.

We keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error or that the site is always available. Figures describing the product are indicative, and the specifics of any engagement are set out in a written agreement, not on a marketing page.

Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content. A link is not an endorsement.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Pelris is not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top changes with them, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
