Call centres and BPOs

Start your own forex brokerage with the team you already have

Many forex brokers rely on call centres and BPOs for sales and retention. If your team already does that work for someone else, the step to a brokerage of your own is shorter than it looks: the calling skills are in place, and what is missing is a licence, a platform, payments and liquidity. This page sets out what you need, how the platform fits a calling team, what it costs and the checks we make before we work with anyone.

Who this is for

Owners of call centres and BPOs whose agents already open, fund and look after accounts for forex brokers, and who now want the clients, the brand and the margin to be their own.

It suits a business that holds a licence or is applying for one, and that wants its agents in one system from the first call to the hundredth deposit.

  • Sales floors

Teams that call new leads and help them open and fund accounts.

  • Retention desks

Teams that look after funded clients over time.

  • Mixed teams

A floor that runs both, with a manager over each.

What you need besides your team

A calling team is the part most new brokerages lack.

The other four parts take longer, so start them together: the licence takes months, the platform about a week. The launch order, step by step covers each one in detail, and the offshore licence page compares the jurisdictions founders shortlist.

How the platform fits a calling team

Your agents work in one CRM on your brand.

Leads arrive from your website, your imports and your campaigns, each with its source, and managers assign them. Five staff roles (admin, manager, sales manager, retention and sales) decide what each person sees, and every agent sees only their own book.

Agents call from the CRM. Connect your own VoIP provider's SIP account in Settings, and an agent presses a lead's or a client's number to call from the browser. Every call is logged with its length and notes, a recording can be attached, and managers see each agent's call activity for the day.

When a lead becomes a client, the closing agent keeps the client in view until KYC approval and the first deposit, and then the client moves to retention on its own. Managers can also send many leads to retention at once. What the CRM does is set out in full on its own page.

What it costs

The platform is one flat monthly fee: Starter is $1,250 a month and Growth $2,500, with no setup fee and no share of your revenue, and your first month is free.

Growth adds copy trading, trading bots, AI desk briefings and a native app on your brand. The pricing page lists every plan.

The rest of the budget is the licence, the company and its compliance staff, a payment provider and a bank, and liquidity if you cover trades. What it costs to start a forex brokerage sets out each part with market ranges.

So we work only with businesses that meet the four conditions below, and we ask about each one before we set anything up.

  • Licensed, or getting licensed

We work only with businesses that hold a licence or have applied for one, and clients come on once the licence allows it.

  • KYC on every client

Identity documents are reviewed in the CRM, and withdrawals wait until a client is verified.

  • Fair treatment

Clear prices, no hidden charges, and withdrawals paid as your client terms say.

  • No cold calling where it is banned

No cold calls to consumers in the UK or the EU, and none anywhere the law bans them.

Common questions

Anything else? Our team answers 24/7.

Can a call centre start its own forex brokerage?

Yes, with a licence, a platform and CRM, payment providers and, if you cover trades, a liquidity provider. A trained calling team is the part most new brokerages lack, and the rest can be arranged in parallel.

Do you work with businesses that are not licensed?

We work only with businesses that hold a licence or have applied for one. We can set up your platform while the application runs, and you take clients once the licence allows it.

Can our agents call clients from the CRM?

Yes. Connect your own VoIP provider's SIP account in Settings and agents call from the browser with one press on a number. Every call is logged with its length and notes. We do not sell phone lines or numbers.

Can sales and retention work as separate teams?

Yes. Sales and retention are separate roles, each agent sees only their own book, and a converted client moves from sales to retention after KYC approval and a first deposit.

Do you allow cold calling?

Not to consumers in the UK or the EU, and not anywhere the law bans it. Leads from your own website and campaigns arrive in the CRM with their source, so your agents call people who asked to hear from you.

What does the platform cost?

Plans start at $1,250 a month with no setup fee and no revenue share, and your first month is free. A free 14-day demo of the whole platform comes first.
