Affiliate programme terms

10% of the fees a broker you referred pays us for the Pelris platform, on every invoice issued in that broker’s first 12 months. The 12 months start on the date of the broker’s first paid invoice. It is worked out on what the broker actually pays on each invoice, after any discount or offer.

You earn a commission when we receive the broker’s payment. If we refund a payment, the commission on it comes off your next payout. The rate and the number of months are the ones in your approval email, and a later change only applies to commissions earned after it.

A broker is yours when their demo request comes through your link within 90 days on the same browser, or has your code typed in the demo form. If a link and a typed code point to different affiliates, the typed code decides.

A broker does not count if they were already talking to us before (including anyone we had already contacted ourselves), if they are you or a company you own or control, or if they came to us through anything these terms do not allow. If something is unclear, we decide in good faith and tell you why.

We pay every month, by the 15th, for the payments we received from your brokers the month before, once your balance is $100 or more in a currency. A smaller balance rolls over to the next month. We pay in USDT, to the address and network you give us, or by bank transfer.

Please give us correct payment details. A payment sent to details you gave us counts as paid. You are responsible for your own taxes. Before paying we may ask who you are, and we do not pay anyone we are not allowed to pay under sanctions law.

Your private statement page shows every referral, what each broker has earned you and every payment we have made. Keep its link to yourself: anyone with the link can see it.

Be honest, and say that you are an affiliate whenever you recommend Pelris. Follow the law and the rules of the platforms you use in the places where you promote us.

You must not:

• send spam, or messages to people who did not agree to hear from you;
• promise profits, returns or results, or say that trading is safe;
• describe Pelris as a broker, an exchange or a regulated financial firm. Pelris is a software company;
• present yourself as Pelris, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests you speak for us;
• bid on the name “Pelris” in search adverts, or use it in a domain name or account name;
• make any promise, price or agreement on our behalf.

You or we can end your membership at any time by email. If we end it and you have not broken these terms, you keep earning on brokers you already referred until their 12 months are over. If you break these terms, we may end it straight away, and commissions connected to the breach are not paid.

We may change these terms. We will update this page and email you, and a change only applies to commissions earned after it.

You are independent. Being an affiliate does not make you our employee, agent or partner. Our total responsibility to you under the programme is limited to the commissions you have earned under these terms and not yet been paid.
